“From Frustrated to Confident: Speak French with Ease and Assurance”

1. Scope of Services

The service offered consists of online French coaching for expatriate women or women planning to move to France, aiming to improve their confidence and fluency in French in social, administrative, and professional contexts.

Format:

• One-to-one or mini-group sessions (2–4 participants)

• Duration: 8 weeks

• Sessions: 50 minutes, 2 per week

• Materials: PDF guides, slides

• Support: Coaching for confidence and stress management, Q&A via WhatsApp or email

  
  

2. Registration and Booking

• Booking is done via a Calendly link sent by email after purchase.

• Session times are confirmed only once the booking has been completed.

• It is the client’s responsibility to ensure the availability of internet connection and suitable environment for online coaching sessions.

3. Pricing and Payment

• Price: €500–€550, depending on 1:1 or mini-group format.

• Payment is required in full before the start of the coaching program.

• Accepted payment methods: [Paypal, Credit card, Bank Transfer].

• Prices are inclusive of all applicable taxes, but VAT is not applicable under article 293B of the French General Tax Code.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellation by client:

  • Up to 48 hours before a session: possible to reschedule without additional fees.

  • Less than 48 hours: session is considered completed, no refund.

• Cancellation by coach:

  • If a session must be canceled, it will be rescheduled at the client’s convenience.

• Full program refund:

  • Refunds are only possible within 14 days of purchase if no sessions have yet taken place, in compliance with French consumer law.

5. Intellectual Property

• All materials provided during the program (PDFs, slides, videos, coaching methods) are the exclusive property of Juliette BOUMELIT

• Clients may use materials for personal use only.

• Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.

6. Confidentiality

• All information shared by the client during coaching sessions is treated confidentially.

• The coach will not disclose client details without consent, except if legally required.

7. Limitation of Liability

• The coach does not guarantee specific results, as progress depends on client engagement and practice.

• The coach is not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses related to the use of coaching methods or materials.

• Clients are responsible for their own actions and decisions following the coaching program.

8. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.

• Any disputes will be submitted to the competent courts in France.

9. Acceptance of Terms

• By purchasing the coaching program, clients acknowledge having read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

• Any purchase made constitutes agreement to the terms outlined above.
